About Me
I was born and raised in Florida, then moved to the west side of Michigan in 1978 along with my husband and three year old son.
In 1999, I filed for divorce after 25 years and was on my own for the first time in my life. In 2000, I met my future husband online and we were married in 2005. I relocated to the east side of Michigan to live with him and be near his job. (Go figure!!!) I'm 53 now and I have three adult children (2 sons & 1 daughter), two daughters-in-law and five very precious grandchildren. I struggle with obesity, diabetes, panic attacks and various other mental health issues.

We're going to spend ours with my family across the state. :)
We plan on staying at home and I will be cooking the food. I hope my brother, his wife and their three kids can come over!
My brother's family, my family and kids all head over to Mom's for Thanksgiving! We do the majority of the cooking though since she's 82. But she insists we still gather at HER house! :)
Not cooking a huge meal is my plan! :) Maybe next year...
Going to my Brothers Condo for dinner. We are bringing purple shit and sweet taters.
don't know yet.. i'm trying to talk my mom into the casino... hehe such great family values ;-)

Which one? We're doing "Thanksgiving" twice this year -Thursday will have the SIL's dad, sister, her two kids here and Sunday will be my older daughter, her fiance and her son, my son and then of course, Mandy and her family -maybe even will include all three of the step-grands that day too. So lucky me! I get to cook turkey twice in one week! I can see the leftovers overflowing in the fridge now.
I'm from Canada, so I'm hoping on catching up on blog hopping on Thursday.
