They are VERY scary, everyone whose ever been in that situation is scared, even when with a group of people. I can't imagine having to go through that alone!!! Esp. if I was home by myself. I've never been through a tornado experience, even though I live in "tornado alley" (Kansas), and I hope I die saying the same thing. You were not a sissy baby.
